I’ve worked closely with TalentAdore’s CEO, leadership, and engineering team since 2019. The work has changed as the company’s needs have changed, from growing the development team to technical leadership and AI.
Growing the team
I helped hire developers in Pakistan who are still part of TalentAdore’s remote team. I also served as Consulting CTO and helped recruit their next CTO when the technical co-founder stepped away.
Building with AI
In 2023, I worked with the team to establish their AI infrastructure, then helped hire AI engineers and build out the team.
My AI strategy work has included finding useful applications across departments, improving internal workflows with automation, and guiding AI features in TalentAdore Hire. That means looking at user value and compliance alongside what the technology can do.
Working together today
TalentAdore remains a client of Optimyse and Expertism. I work with them on individual consulting projects as needs arise, building on the relationship we’ve developed over the years.
